3 Day Harbin Tour Package

Day 1.  Arrival Harbin
Arrival in Harbin, met by our tour guide and transferred to your hotel in Harbin. You will enjoy your leisure time for rest of the day.
Day 2.  Harbin Full Day
Pick up from your hotel, then have the excursion to enjoy the Snow Carving Festival in Sun Island. when the whole island is covered with snow, that it is the best time to take part in the famous Snow Carving Festival here. Then drive further north ( about 37km north of Harbin downtown) to see the Siberian tigers in the Northeast Tiger Park. You are arranged to have a close look at the tigers on a moving bus as well as having a chance to see the tigers through a special walking corridor. It is a thrill and exciting experience to these cute big cats.After lunch, drive back to the city center to visit the city landmark of Harbin - Sophia Church. It is the largest Eastern Orthodox Church in China as well in the Far East. It has the height of 53.3 meters and has an area of 721 square meters. Then walk along Zhongyang Dajie(Central Street). Harbin is often dubbed as the Eastern Moscow due to its Russian architecture dooted in the city. The Zhongyang Dajie is the most famous street refecting the foreign styles. It includes many European architectural styled buildings from Renaissance and the baroque to eclecticism. After dinner, you will have your highlight activity in Harbin - enjoy the Ice and Snow World - an ice fairyland on earth. The ice carvings at the Harbin Ice and Snow World are listed as the world's greatest examples of ice art, the largest ice and snow art exhibition in the world of this kind. People can enjoy the largest and most amazing ice-sculpted masterpieces. After Ice & Snow World, you are transferred back to your hotel in Harbin.

The St.Sofia Orthodox Church is the largest Orthodox Church in the Far East. It is a perfect testimony to Byzantine architecture with a height of 53m. Seeing the church, together with the square around it, under the bright sun, can remind you, bizarrely, of the Red Square in Moscow. Now it serves as an architectural art museum run by the provincial government.

Siberian Tiger Park in Harbin, the largest wild natural home for the northeast tiger in the world, is intended to protect more than five hundred endangered purebred Siberian tigers. A special vehicle can get you into the area where you can closely communicate with the tigers. And there are some things more exciting, you will have an alternative to choose a series of animals to feed tigers. The scene here is unique in the world.

The Sun Island Park is the site of the Snow Sculpture Exposition a wonderful snow world paradise. As a famous snow art museum, many a gorgeous snow sculpture has been displayed at the expo's main square, known as the “Romantic and Marvelous Area.” It is a wonderful choice to visit those art works in the date time.

The Ice and Snow World is the dragon-head brand of the Harbin International Ice and Snow Festival, which locates in the Western Region of the Sun Island at the north bank of the Songhua River. At night, visitors can have a eye feast of a galaxy of unique ice and snow art. You will be definitely amazed at the features of ice and snow, for in multidimensional presentation methods, these exquisitely man-made ice and snow art works make a dreamlike world of pure whiteness and gleaming crystal smile at you.

Originally built in 1898, Center Street is the most prosperous street in Harbin. It is also an architecture art gallery including the most influential four architecture schools in western-style architectural history, such as Baroque, Eclecticism and so on. Central Street is 1.450 meters in length and 21.34 meters in width of which 10.8 meters is motor way.

Day 3.  Leaving Harbin
Start today's tour with the visit to the winter swimming pool. Winter Swimming is a very popular sport in Harbin. The brave winter swimmers go swimming in the icy water in winter while the other people watch wearing thick clothes. Local swimmers put on some performaces like dancing and boxing on the ice as well as swimming in the pool against the chilly weather. Then the Heilongjiang Provincial Museum in the city center. The main building of the Museum was built in 1904, and is a brick-and-wood structure following the style of Russian architecture. The Museum is composed mainly of two parts -- the exhibition area of 3,000 square meters and the relics storage building of almost the same size. After lunch, you are transferred to Harbin airport or Harbin Railway Station for departure.

Hotel fees are based on two people sharing one room with twin beds.
The English-speaking guide and driver will be provided in each city. A new guide and a new driver will meet you at each city on your tour, to provide you with the best local knowledge available.

Transfers between airports, hotels and scenic spots by private air conditioned vehicle with a driver and English-speaking guide for private tour. Seat-in-Coach Tour offers luxury coach transfer which is shared with other travelers between spot and your hotels.
All meals as specified in the itinerary. If the restaurant indicated is not available on the day, your guide will arrange another restaurant from our list of approved restaurants. Breakfast is usually a western style buffet. There may be occasions when only Chinese breakfast is available in some remote locations.
